Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. TEEMAKERSLANE cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, when tracking is available. Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
No Tracking Information Available
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed by the carrier. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you.
Separate Packages
Items in the same order may be shipped separately when products are prepared from different fulfillment locations or become available at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

TEEMAKERSLANE currently ships to customers in the United States. Any applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law.
