How do the shirts fit?
Fits vary by Style. Comfort Colors® G1717 has a relaxed tubular body, while Gildan® G5000 has a classic loose fit. Check the selected Style and size guide before ordering.
What materials are used?
Material depends on the blank and color. Solid Gildan G5000 colors are 100% U.S. cotton, while several grey, heather and safety colors contain polyester. Each live product page should state the exact composition.
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with similar colors and tumble dry low or air dry. Follow the garment care label when it differs.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
When will my card be charged?
The live store authorizes payment when the order is placed. This local demonstration does not process real payments.
Shipping and tracking
When will my order ship?
Demo processing time is 1–2 business days. A shipping email is generated when the order is marked Shipped.
Where can I find tracking?
Tracking appears in the shipping email and in My Orders after the administrator adds the carrier tracking number.
Returns
What is the return window?
Eligible unworn and unwashed products may be returned within 30 days after delivery under the published return policy.
